Notification of AGM

The Lang Park Basketball Club Inc Annual General Meeting will be held 7pm Monday 19 February 2024 at Lang Park PCYC in the Level 6 Boardroom.

Included in the AGM Meeting pack are:

Committee Nomination Form which must be completed and returned at least 14 days prior to the meeting.
Family Voting Registration Form to be completed if you wish to vote on behalf of a family group. Form to be returned prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Further explanatory information will be issued separately through our social medial platforms and email in the lead up to the AGM.

Useful AGM information

Teleconference details will be provided nearer to the meeting date.
An individual member does not need to complete any forms in advance of the meeting. Members vote in person on the night and carry a single vote.
Our Junior members are not entitled to vote, however one parent who is defined as the 'Ordinary Member' for that junior, is entitled to vote.
Family Voting is available to vote on behalf of multiple family members. Refer to forms above and Constitution for information.
Committee Nominations may only be taken from the floor on the night, if no prior written nomination has been received for the position.
