Lang Park Basketball, established in 1962, is an iconic club in Brisbane and claims some of the most influential players, coaches and administrators in Australian Basketball. We cater to all all ages and skill levels with teams that compete in Brisbane Basketball’s junior and senior competition.

Our home court is the Lang Park PCYC within Suncorp Stadium, Milton.

Our proud Alumni include players and coaches who have represented at Olympics, World Championships, Euroleage, NBA and NBL with a number formally recognised for their contributions and excellence through induction to the NBL, Basketball Australia, Basketball Queensland Hall of Fame.

GOVERNANCE

Lang Park Basketball Club Inc is an Incorporated Association under the Incorporated Associations Act 1981 (Qld) . The Club was Incorporated in February 2023 under non standard model rules. Lang Park is endorsed as an Affiliated Club under the Brisbane Basketball Incorporated Constitution conferring all rights and obligations set out by the governing document of Basketball Australia and Basketball Queensland.

The Club is administered in accordance with the approved Model Rules (Constitution) by the Club's Management Committee.

The incorporated associations primary role is to operate a community based basketball program, for it's membership, of which each player (or representative thereof) is effectively a member as set out in the Rules.
